1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of PrintBrand's website and services. By placing an order or creating an account you accept these terms in full.
2. Ordering
Orders placed on PrintBrand constitute a binding offer to purchase. The contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, in which case we will refund any payment received.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are shown inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Payment is due at the time of order. We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, SEPA direct debit, and Klarna.
4. Intellectual property
By uploading artwork or designs to our platform, you confirm that you hold all necessary rights to reproduce and distribute those works. You grant PrintBrand a limited licence to use your artwork solely for the purpose of producing your order. PrintBrand retains all intellectual property rights in the platform, customizer software, and pre-designed templates.
5. Prohibited content
You may not upload, print, or sell content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, hateful, or obscene. We reserve the right to reject orders and terminate accounts that violate this policy.
6. Liability
Our liability for direct damages is limited to the order value. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages except where excluded by mandatory law.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by German law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for disputes with merchants is Berlin, Germany.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
